Advanced Product Reviews lets customers leave ratings, comments and photos without leaving the product page.

You decide who can submit reviews:

• verified purchasers
• registered customers
• guests

Customers can attach photos to their reviews, and review images open full-size in a lightbox.

You can also create your own rating criteria for the whole store, individual categories or specific products.

Optional fields let customers say whether they would recommend the product and display their city or country with the review.

Verified purchaser reviews

Reviews from customers who actually bought the product can display a Verified Purchaser badge, helping shoppers distinguish verified feedback from other comments.

AI Review Summary for PrestaShop

Advanced Product Reviews can generate a short AI summary from the customer reviews already collected for each product.

Instead of asking shoppers to read dozens of individual comments, the summary highlights recurring feedback and displays it directly on the product page.

Which AI providers are supported?

The module works with OpenAI and Google Gemini using your own API key.

There is no additional AI subscription from the module itself. API usage is billed directly by the provider you choose.

Multilingual AI summaries

A separate summary can be generated for every shop language.

Personal data is removed from review content before it is sent to the AI provider.

Automatic and manual generation

Review summaries can be refreshed automatically in scheduled CRON batches as new reviews arrive.

Batch processing helps larger catalogues stay within API rate limits. You can also regenerate or edit any summary manually for an individual product.

Automatic review reminder emails after purchase

Collecting useful reviews is easier when customers are asked at the right time.

Advanced Product Reviews can automatically send a review reminder after an eligible order.

You can:

• choose how many days to wait after the order
• choose which order statuses trigger a reminder
• run reminders automatically with CRON
• send reminders manually when needed
• see which customers have already been contacted
• send or delete reminders in bulk

This gives you a repeatable review collection process instead of relying on customers to return and leave feedback on their own.

Reward customers for published reviews

You can automatically give customers a discount voucher when their review is published.

Review rewards can use:

Percentage discount · Fixed amount · Unique coupon code

Configure voucher validity, minimum order amount, stacking rules and a custom code prefix.

Fixed discounts can be configured separately for each currency, and products already on sale can be excluded from the reward.

The unique voucher is sent to the customer by email and can also be highlighted in the shopping cart.

Moderate reviews and build trust

You decide whether reviews appear immediately or require approval first.

From the back office you can:

• approve, edit or delete reviews
• sort and filter customer feedback
• reply publicly as the store
• handle abuse reports

Customers can mark reviews as helpful and report inappropriate content.
